Third Annual California Regional Gathering
Brief Description of Event: Forty-one sites on the American River at the Coloma Resort. There are accommodations for 85 units if needed. Coloma is located near the famous Sutter’s Mine and panning for gold is available to attendees. The setting is perfect and the fun is beyond that.

2010 4th Annual Koreshan Unity Settlement Vintage RV Show, Celebration the Florida Park Service’s 75th Anniversary
Brief description of event: Vintage RV’s will be set up in the historic settlement at Koreshan State Historic Site and open to the public for viewing - Additional campsites may be reserved through ReserveAmerica by calling 1-800-326-3521 or online www.reserveamerica.com
Date: November 11-14, 2010 - November 13th from 10 am until 4 pm – date of show – participants can camp on the grounds beginning on Thursday, November 11th
Location: Koreshan State Historic Site, 3800 Corkscrew Road, Estero, FL 33928
Number of units allowed at event: 20 units may “camp” all 4 days in the settlement with minimal electric and water, up to 40 units may be shown the day of the event.

The Blue Ridge Parkway’s 75th Anniversary 1935-2010
Brief Description of Event: The Blue Ridge Region will host a year-long celebration and commemoration in 2010 marking the Parkway’s 75th Anniversary with Educational Symposia, over 200 activities and festivals in surrounding communities, and a multi-day, multi-venue festival staged in and around Cumberland Knob, NC- where Parkway construction began- on September 10-12, 2010. With this in mind BRP 75, Inc. purposes to have an interpretive event featuring antique trailers and camping equipment in the Picnic Area at Cumberland Knob. We would develop signage and interpretive exhibits featuring some historic photos of early camping units on the Parkway and visitors could walk and maybe drive through the sites and visit the units and talk with the owners about their units.

Trailorboat Reunion
Brief Description of Event: Trailorboat trailers 50th anniversary and reunion May 12th through 14th 2011 at the Petaluma CA KOA and San Rafael for a car show and visit to the old Trailorboat factory site. Lets celebrate 50 years of these cool little trailers with the boat on top. I have family members of the founders of Trailorboat and former factory workers ready to meet us Friday evening for a potluck dinner at the KOA. I am sure there will be lots of stories to be shared. Saturday those interested will be showing their trailers in downtown San Rafael's May Madness car show. I am sure that we will get lots of attention with the trailers at the show. Brief Description of Event: $40.00 per night (3 night minimum); no registration charges

Location: Pismo Coast Village RV Resort, 165 S. Dolliver, Pismo Beach, California
Registration procedure: We are filled! Go to : www.vintagetrailercamp.com for registration form. To be placed on the waiting list, mail your signed registration form with a check. Instructions for mailing may be found on the registration form. Your check will not be cashed until you are offered a site. You will then be notified via email if/when a site becomes available. You may also call the resort on November 1, 2010, to make your own reservation at their regular campsite price.
