Added an A/C unit to make it a little more comfy for sleeping. Back bed is nearly a full, comes with a memory foam topper that's only been used twice. We've only used it as additional rooming for cabin-style trips, so do not know much about the propane appliances other than the previously sellers informed us they always worked (as of 2025), and can test out whatever you'd like before scheduling a pickup. Gross weight is between 2500 and 3000 lbs- we've been easily pulling with our RAM. 7ft wide, 8ft tall, 18ft long with hitch.

The cutest little camper! I love it but we just don't use it enough. Lights, A/C have been good. We never used the heat, just a space heater. We actually didn't use the water to the kitchen sink either. We were told its an easy fix but haven't gotten around to it. It has a brand new refrigerator in it. There is also a custom made black and white striped canopy that goes on the front of the camper. A canopy bed hangs over the full size bed, which kids LOVE. Table also turns into sleeping area. For sale. 1949 Schult 30' Cavalier travel trailer. $5000. Located in Frenchtown Montana. Solid 77 year old trailer. At one time this used by wildlife biologists John and Frank craighead. They used it while doing grizzly bear research in Yellowstone National Park. There is a craighead institute in Bozeman now. The trailer is solid, but will need some restoration. How much restoration depends on what the new owner want to do. The floor is all solid warmth no soft spots. It has a steel frame with steel floor supports. No rust. Walls and roof are solid. Supposedly these roofs are very strong and you can walk on top of it. The interior will need some work to be usable, and more work to be nice. The ceiling panels are mostly usable, but have sagged down. I'm sure they'll at least need to come down, and possibly replaced. The cabinetry is all in good shape throughout the trailer. It will need some kind of flooring. The vintage heater may work. I didnt try it. The propane wall heater works, and heats the whole thing in the winter. The pics tell the story. It pull nice. Old spartanette been sitting on my property in colorado since 1973. Interior is complete down to stove and fridge has original couch and bed need tlc but perfect if you have the time to restore. All cabinets are in good working order and it even has the doorbell that still functions.
