Good condition, no leaks. Original refrigerator and heater removed. Skin patched and sealed with anodized aluminum to match. All original parts that were removed are included in the sale. This silver streak model includes a trunk, door has been disassembled but hardware included so it can be reassembled. She has original gas/range oven, hood and sink. Shower/tub currently not operable. All electrical is in working condition. Our goal for this remodel was to make it a spare room for guests, not as a mobile RV camper. We pulled it from Salem Oregon so it is roadworthy but would recommend reconditioning the towing system before frequent road use. She had had a lot of the hard work already done and just needs the fun finishing work to be a very cute Airbnb or as-needed living quarters for someone with the time. This is listed to see if there is an interest in a station wagon that I have. I am still on the fence about letting her go. Extremely rare 1963 Buick Estate wagon. Stored in hanger for last 5 years. One owner, my Gma’s Sunday driver. Clean, no accident’s & clear title. Fully optioned when ordered by Gpa in 1962. Around 82,000 original miles. 401 nailhead v8 6.2L 4Bl Rochester carb. 425cu. Small lower radiator leak. Has not run in 5 years due to carb needing rebuild. Valves need service, tappy. Very light oil leak consistent with year of vehicle. Fuel tank removed due to small reparable pin hole. No bubble or metal rust in wheel wells. Surface patina on original paint. All chrome is clean with no rust. Interior is fair but in need of carpet, roof liner, dash recover, powered driver seat cracking, glove compartment box rebuilt and door paneling recovered. Rear tailgate door is powered by ignition key. Missing trailer mirror on driver side pillar. Does have working original factory electric trailer brake installed. Last summer we resealed where it leaked, got new vents for it, 2 need to be installed. It has max roof vent covers, found it a working coleman mach 3 ac with heat to install on roof. Installed a new Bluetooth radio, crank jack, deep cycle marine battery and box. Everything works, fridge works but the camper has to be perfectly level. Water heater and water lines were professionally tested. Water heater works but someone capped off the hot water lines so they need to be hooked back up. No leaks anywhere, ceiling has leaked in the past and is stained so needs paint. I pulled off the old wrinkled contact paper off the bathroom walls and got it new wallpaper that needs to be put up. Replaced the missing rear window with period correct window in exact size. Tires are good but are car tires, it needs the correct trailer tires. Rear siding should be opened up and some rotted wood replaced. There are various holes in the skin that are sealed with silicone, to be perfect it should have new skin but its ok as is. Ducted furnace works great, we stayed perfectly warm with snow outside. Some window cranks don't work very well. I made it new sheer curtains but they should be hemmed a little shorter. Someone made it canvas curtains in the past. They were faded and I re-dyed them but they are still a little on the light side. Was reupholstered and new carpet/linoleum some time in the 90s. Still in good condition. Clear title in my name. It isnt perect but it was well taken care of $4,000obo
