More InformationThis is a nice old camper that was under a pole roof for over 50 years. 1949 Anderson coach company travel trailer. Tandem axle. 26' long park model with full bathroom. This travel trailer was last on the road in '64. It was then parked and a pole style roof built over it and it was used as a guest cabin. I bought the trailer from the grandson of the original owner. The trailer is in pretty nice shape for an un-restored 1949. The interior birch wood and cabinets are in very nice shape. One bedroom. Full bathroom. Original curved cabinet/drawers that is original to the trailer and it is moveable. Original table leaves are included. The trailer looks mostly original with exception of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets being painted. They are in nice shape but you'll have to strip the paint if you want to take it back to completely original. The wood structure of this trailer is very nice shape. The only soft spot on the floor is a small spot by the rear door. It is about 1x1 foot and an easy repair. The trailer doesn't leak and doesn't smell like mold or moisture. the roof panelling is all in nice shape. It's never had an air conditioner on the roof. The trailer needs a couple windows repaired. I have not tried any of the plumbing or electric. I'm sure most everything works or will with a little work but I can't say for sure. I towed the trailer home 4 hours and it pulls perfectly. Clear title in my name. I'm out of writing space but I can send many more pics and details.
