1948 Spartan Manor 25 – nicely restored and modernized

Previously owned by a very wealth Texan collector who did a full renovation on this vintage 1948 Spartan Manor in the last 5-10 years bringing it up to modern standards while retaining the vintage characteristics.

The Spartan Aircraft Company was founded in 1928. They began producing the Spartan trailers after producing aircraft for the WWII effort, utilizing their skill in working with aluminum. The Spartan was considered the “Cadillac” of trailers and sold for over $4,000 back in 1948, at a time when you could buy a home for $8,000.
