More Information

That's right-FREE.
1957 liberty mobile home- spence craft trailer . LSC 42010.

It is located in Salem Connecticut in a campground (eastern side of the state, 30 minutes south/east from Hartford, 15 minutes north/west from Mohegan Sun casino, with direct access to state roads which connect to interstates)

The trailer is accessible(not stuck in the woods)

It will need rims/tires for sure to roll down the road as they have been sitting on/in the dirt for many years. 7.00 x 15 (4).
I'm unsure of the 12v wiring.
Most of the interior wood is good, a few small areas of roof water damage(that is why a roof was added over the trailer).
Stove is there, no refrigerator.
The exterior has been painted .
All the windows appear intact and the screens are stored in the trailer.
Both door locks function and we have keys, both screen doors are intact.
The floor appears solid.
There is a bath tub but don't see evidence of an "original" toilet, but I have not spent a lot of time investigating what should be there.

I'm not sure if it could be towed or would need to be trailered.
more pictures are available.

All porch and roof have been removed.
