For Restoration - VIN 8422

Has front Cushions to recover; Table top and counter top in decent shape (I would reuse) that is a pretty green with fruit outline pattern (see pic); electric refrigerator; kitchen sink; gas Dixie Stove; Rear bath/shower has the smaller size toilet, sink and shower head that are hard to find; Panel-Ray Furnace, 4 original wall-sconces; Trotwood pullout step; Original Wood screen door.

Previous owner had let it sit for over 20 years and it leaked before I got it. (and the mice had been in)

Metal on curb side in great shape (other than brown paint), Street side does have some dings and tears.

I had planned to restore it, Floor and Frame are solid. I've restored a 1957 16' Trotwood so familiar with the process.

It is complete and you won't really have to go looking for original parts. Includes many extra parts from my previous Trotwood restoration - 4 extra Windows (I paid $300 for those alone), wood door panels, exterior door, extra Panel Ray tube furnace for parts, roof vents, etc.

If I wanted to take the time and part out, could probably get $2500, But my plan was to do a frame up restoration. Have owned for almost 4 years.

Has new Tires and red painted Rims I used to tow it home. (including matching spare). 1 wheel does only have 3 bolts right now, 2 bolt heads broke off when I was replacing split rims before towing home. I towed home about 60 miles, just didn't go over 50 mph

Includes locking Door & key
