Life circumstances mean we're downsizing and needing to let a few trailers go. We've sold a couple Airstreams and now its time for our 1947 Spartan Manor to go. I bought this a couple years ago from a guy on this forum in almost exactly the condition you see it - all we've done is buy new tires for the tow from So Cal to St. George, Utah, where it is now. We paid $10k ... long story, but I think we paid too much. Title is in hand.
So, we're asking $7k. The cabinets inside were built by a cabinet company the prior owner hired. They're solid cherry and in excellent condition. As you can see, the body's in decent shape - the front has polished up fine, despite the fact that it looks like its been sanded. I've taken closeups of the scratch down the curb side. The street side is excellent. All the door and window parts are there, as are the interior recessed kitchen lights, and kitchen (2) & bath countertops, the fridge, stove, all roof vents, templates for interior wood walls, and some of the exterior glass-lens lights.
The floor has been replaced, though there are a couple gaps. I'm not sure if this is due to the desert heat where it's been stored or not the best installation, probably a bit of both. The frame is in excellent condition. It is missing the exterior, stream-lined wheel covers/fenders. The front window has new plexi and new rubber seals. As you can see, the prior owner ran new wire and had it spray-foamed.
Currently in St. George, Utah.
