This lady is gorgeous and remodeled with love! I hate to let her go, but I am moving out of state and she needs a new home. My loss is your gain!
Interior Space: 16' long, 6' tall, 7' wide. Around 1500 lbs last time she was weighed.
Loads of windows to let the breeze in. Or enjoy a 360 view even when hunkered down with a heater and a good book.
Adorable little green stove/oven still works!
TONS of storage under bed, seats, cabinets, and 2 whole closets!
Fresh Coat of interior paint, freshly resealed roof.
Hand built custom cabinets.
Built in marine speakers so you can bump all the jams, or your favorite flautist as you meditate some where in the woods. (whatever your fancy, we won't judge)
Cute little mini-fridge.
ICE COLD AC - can keep it chilly even in the Texas summer!
Clean, comfy, new(ish) mattress can come with if you like.
Table folds down for a 2nd bed.
There is no bathroom currently, but the 2nd closet can be easily remodeled to include one. The original foundation is still there.
I have the title, new tires have only been used once. I have mainly used her as a tiny home on my parent's property for when I visit. Still has the manufacturing plate on the side. Built in February of 1972. The Lo Liner model was called that because one could purchase optional metal wheels to install when
