NEW Unopened 6" B/W Checkerboard Flooring Roll

I bought this new, unopened roll of flooring for my camper, but other necessary repairs made it impossible for me to do the flooring too. This roll is 8'4" by 13' and has not even been unpacked from the shipping. Cost from the company is about $245 shipped. It is in Lake Alfred, Florida. It CAN be brought to the Jingle Mingle in Brooksville this weekend. Otherwise, it would need to be picked up in Lake Alfred. Another option is that I need 4' by 9' of it. This would leave a large "L" shaped remnant that is 13' on the longest edge. The remnant could be cut into either one 4'x13' and one 4'x4' or one 4'x 9' and one 8'4" by 4'. $125 for remnant.
