'66 Aristocrat Land Commander, $3600 – on California central coast, near San Luis Obispo. Trailer title clean/in hand; registration current through September of 2021. Just over 16 feet from hitch to bumper; not sure of weight. We did not try to keep it original, choosing to make changes that suited us better. We have used and loved the Bunkhouse since 2007 but we camp out of our van now, due to my panic attacks that unfortunately occur when pulling a trailer. This is a project trailer; it needs significant work. I will include all receipts and records for work we’ve had done and purchases we’ve made. I have described and taken photos of everything I can think of but if there is something in particular you want to see just let me know. We hope it finds a great new home with someone who will enjoy it and love it as we have.
Exterior: Aluminum skins in good shape overall, with exception of crumple in rear driver side above bumper. Poor silicone application along corner seams has led to water damage. Tires have decent tread but are old (2007). New wheel bearings in 2017; wheel bearings greased and new seals done in 2018. Painted baby moon hubcaps. Windows work; a few louver panes slip when opening. Driver side vent window missing a crank. Front rock guard has a 6” crack but is intact and functional. All side compartments and back hatch function and lock. Two modern propane tanks, hoses and cover. Hitch with 2” ball and welded chains. MUCH MORE INFO/NO ROOM IN AD! CONTACT ME.
