Totally restored 1959 MidJet camper for sale. I totally renovated this camper over the last 2 years, and am selling it now to start on my next project (1968 Shasta). Heres what I did: removed and resealed all windows with butyl tape, as well as both side seams. There was water damage under 2 of the windows (roof and floor are perfect) so I had all the wood under the windows replaced inside the camper. There was a large heater cabinet that I had removed, and built a small storage box in its place. Strengthened the floor under the bed with sheet metal (I wanted strong storage). Added a piano hinge under the mattress to make accessing the storage easier from the inside. New waterproof ergo floor. The inside I painted and decoupaged myself, the outside I had professionally painted with the gorgeous bi-color paint that catches everyones eye! The matching awnings were made by Marti's awnings of CA. New refrigerator, air conditioner added in the rear window. Small ceramic heater when needed. Porta potty purchased, am going to install it with cabinet slides under the bed. Dinette has new cushions/covers, and a new table that was painted to match. The oven and stove are the only thing I left with gas power, they both work and were also painted to match. New curtains (sexy camping girls), new teal microwave, toaster and coffee maker that are vintage inspired and match. Hybrid generator goes on the back bumper for dry camping, and comes with the camper! More pics avail.
