This is a very rare Parlor coach built in 1936 by the Yellow Coach Company.
Only 123 of those were build between 1934 and 1937.
It's a Model 722 which was the 84" narrow streamlined body, 21 passenger.

6 cyl. GM 400
It was converted to a Camper in the 70ies and was running when parked over 20 years ago.
Have a title for it.
This would be a great candidate for a complete restoration or something to put on a modern chassis and upgrade the drivetrain.
Could be just a stationary guest cabin or hunting camp.
