Please finish refurbishing this project for me! Family issues require a move and the Covenants and Restrictions of the new house won't allow me to take her. 1950 Elcar, single axle, approx. 25", no title. My rehab got as far as stripping the floor, pulling out rotted wall panels and insulation in the back, stopping all leaks, beginning of rebuilding skeleton. With leaks stopped, planned to use front-end paneling as is after refinishing. Subfloor good. No gray or black tanks. Towed 1300 miles straight and true, no issues. Includes new in box tankless water heater, pump, some panels I was going to use as interior templates for the closets, two existing "affix to floor" bed supports if you want them, etc. Took out the old toilet. Bathroom door opens and latches in hallway to provide bedroom privacy! This will be a beautiful and iconic 2 porthole-door trailer when finished, either as a pull-behind or set in place for an AirBnB. I don't know the towing weight, but my Silverado had no problems. 30 amp side hookup, cord included. Bathroom with shower. I had lined up a plumber to do all required, but as I said, we're now moving. Was planning to paint it as well. First $8500 takes it. Call with questions.
