Trailer has been on lot since approx 1973 Needs rehab, but seems structurally sound. One of the first built by the Hicks company in Texas to serve the oil workers in Permian Basin. Title, bill of sale to owner before us. 2 bedroom plan. has been used for storage, some water damage in front part, roof leaks. No rust, not much rain here either.
great project for enthusiast. We planned on renovating, but not able to due to code enforcement restrictions. Has to be moved .
