Selling my 1963 Jet vintage canned ham trailer. We have a second kid on the way and I don't think this will get much use for the next year or more, so it may be time to go.
The trailer was remodeling in 2021, new insulation, all new seals, new flooring, new electrical, new water pump, gas heater, power inverter, rims, tires, and a bunch more.
The trailer is towed with my tacoma no problem. I was told its 1500 lbs, but i think its closer to 2000-2500, but never weighed it.
All original gas lamp, new fumeless gas heater, works great and will definitely keep you warm. New electrical powers several lights and outlets when hooked up to shore power, and the battery operates other lights if you are off grid. I have a small solar panel that keeps the battery topped off.
The sofa converts into a double bed that sleeps two adults, the dinette converts into another sleeping area and can sleep another 1-2 people. There's also a cot above the main bed. I think technically you could sleep a small child there, but we just use it to store bedding and luggage when we convert the bed back and forth.
It was rebuilt with the proper butyl tape and sealant. It has the rail for a built in awning, but we never ended up buying one. It has an ice box for keeping stuff cold that you don't want to get wet, bacon, eggs, milk and we keep the rest in our cooler. Three burners and an oven for cooking. Dinette table can be removed and used outside.
