Clean title! Trailer is ready to tow; has new tires and working lights.
Good restoration candidate - has a lot of great features. Includes original appliances like the Murphy Richards Astral refrigerator and the Ward furnace. The bank of drawers in the kitchen has a very cool, mod look to it. Trailer has typical leaks around windows, so they will all need to be resealed, and interior paneling replaced in those areas. Also has a leak around the heater vent. Exterior has a unique accordion-style pattern to it. Skin had been painted with acrylic house paint by the previous owner, but it looks like that will come off very easily. Camper has a full length closet, and another small closet which was used for a porta-potti. The door has a very cool feature (apparently they applied for a patent on the design) where it expands the bathroom for extra knee room while in use. In the back, the couch/bed is still there with original throw pillows. The original tweed-like upholstery fabric is in amazingly good condition for a trailer of this age. Back also has an expanding platform bunk above the couch. You could probably sleep up to six people in this camper. The front dinette seats are automotive style with springs. Fabric is deteriorating due to sun exposure, but these seats are likely in good enough shape that they could be reupholstered. New linoleum needed, but floor itself seems solid, even in front of the entrance. Excellent potential on this camper!
