Due to unexpectedly buying a house, I’m selling my Owasso. The body is super straight with very minor scuffs, that mainly why I bought it. Wheels & tires are good. It has Bargman brake lights, license lite & door locks that work. All of the glass is new, with new seals & hardware, and the super rare Marvel frames were soda blasted and painted red. I like 70 years of worn out paint, so I didn’t touch the outside except for the window frames. I was completely refreshing the inside while keeping it as original as possible. Most of the subfloor was replaced, and I used marina grade plywood. The kitchen looked solid, but the living room & bedroom were rough. So they’re down to the studs. The skylights are new and installed. I was going to rewired everything. The trailer has many projects to complete, but I really don’t think it’ll take much time after it’s wired. The birch panels are mostly new, labeled for location, and re-shellacked. It comes with rigid insulation that’scut for each spot, there’s 2 rolls of Havelock wool for round areas, a 50 amp Progressive Dynamics power center with shore cable and outlet, 30,000btu Sunburban furnace, Forbo Click Marmoleum in bleekerstreet red & grey for bed, some wire and shrink connectors, and Dixie stove. It comes with tons of extra random parts because I saved any parts that were salvageable. There’s curvy, rounded magazine racks & shelves. Many old parts I used as templates. It’ll need a refrigerator and insulation under.
