Mint green and white Shasta Model Twenty. 8' wide, 20' long and 3400 lbs. The exterior has a few dents and dings here and there but nothing significant for her age. Most significant dent is shown in photos and was present when purchased. Interior walls are beautiful original wood. Floors have been replaced with wood laminate and are in good shape. Currently set up with a full-size bed in the rear next to full bathroom but this can be converted back to a couch/bed. Dinette converts to full size bed. Foam and upholstery on dinette cushions was replaced in 2019. Systems replaced or added in 2019 include 12 volt electrical system and converter, all new wiring, tankless hot water heater, fresh water tank and pump. All windows and doors are original and open. Fridge is AC home type. Range, hood and microwave were updated and installed by the prior owner. Bathroom includes toilet, sink and shower. Trailer includes a portable 8000 BTU A/C unit which is vented to the exterior of the trailer. Most of the lighting has been updated to LED. Original full length mirror is not currently installed but is included. Tires and spare were replaced in 2019. Manual awning included. Full canvas trailer cover is included. Some old water damage inside the cabinets that was present at purchase. No new leaks have occurred. Shasta name plates, step and wings attached.
