Everything you see is new construction in the original vintage style. We'd love to pass this trailer on to the next owner to finish in their own style. We've completed the following -
New tires with bearings packed and valve stems installed
Original and solid steel trailer frame has had rust removed and has been fully primed and painted
New trailer hitch with ball 2 5/16” installed and reinforced with 1/8” hot rolled steel (MIG welded)
New trailer bumper installed and reinforced with 1/8” hot rolled steel (MIG welded)
New 2x3" solid wood framing (sides, roof and floor)
New sub floor with high-strength aluminum belly pan, styrofoam insulation and 5/8” plywood on interior
New aluminum siding from Hemet Valley RV Siding. S-lock seam with a 4" brake pattern in polar white
New medium leg aluminum corner molding installed
New weathertight shell with rubber roof membrane installed
New 24" x 72" entrance door installed in polar white
Original wheel well covers with iconic Vega emblem have been primed, painted and reinstalled
Original windows have been primed, painted and reinstalled with silicone sealant. No broken glass. Window openers will need to be added
Measured exterior: 8’ W x 17 ‘ L and interior (livable space): 8’ W x 15’ L
2x 21 gallon RV water tanks measuring 39" x 16" x 8" (NSF Certified and BPA Free) to be included
Brake lights have not been installed
