Selling our 1971 Red Dale Camper. This trailer is 13' long and had been used as an ADU in our backyard for years. The camper was inherited with a home purchase so I am uncertain on the condition of some utilities as I never used them. Electrical works great. Interior is in great shape, has been converted to a large bed in back. Would make a great project or potentially work well in someone's backyard for an additional bed or rental unit.
Currently sits on two good tires and can be transported locally. Not sure about long distance hauling unless its loaded on another trailer.
