1950 Glider - Titled - Plated in AZ - 2x Brand new complete axles, rims and tires. Tows great! Aluminum body with no missing trim. Old paint would probably come off with a power washer. Electrical works. Appliances work. Propane works. Plumbing untested. Had planned to fix it all and turn into an AirBnB but city codes have changed and can’t now. Started taking up the floor tiles but obviously didn’t finish. Sub floor is solid everywhere but the entry, it’s a little spongy. No leaks since I’ve owned it, we get 8ft of snow a year here and a month of monsoon rains, no leaks. 3 oversized ceiling vents. Heater works great. Interior wood in good condition. The lines on the walls are probably where built-ins were removed by 1st owner. Has an original integrated duct system that pulls heat from the front to the bedroom. Full bathroom, with a mini tub.
