New upholstery and custom awning. Working stove and refrigerator. Bathroom with porta potty. Sleeps 4 with sleeping ledge for kids or storage. Covered skylight for year round ventilation. Windows good condition. No leaks. Previous leak around sky light but repaired and totally waterproof. Teardrop wheel arches and diamond shape front windows add great character. Also long thin window across the roof makes the interior light and airy. Moving overseas for a few years. Reluctant to sell but would rather have her used than put in storage.
