Re modeled two years ago with new propane/electric refrigerator and water heater. New tires and a custom spare tire mount. It also has a custom box for the torsion bars. It also has a holding tank for the sink water. There is a small bathroom with a port a potty and storage shelves built into the shower. The side couch pulls out to a double bed and the dinette makes into a single bed. Above the dinette a bunk folds down for a Childs bed or for extra storage.
There is a catalytic heater and a fantastic vent fan. It has two six volt golf cart batteries with a 2,000 watt inverter and a power supply. It has a electric jack. All the windows and trim were removed and resealed. No leaks. The trailer has permanent registration in my name. It is located in Grass Valley, fifty miles east of Sacramento Ca.
