Rare 1951 Owosso Trailer Coach. 28ft
This is a true gem. I hate to let her go, but it's time she finds someone who is able to give her what she needs. She is a rolling castle on wheels.
Minor water damage.
Most water damage is around the vent/furnace pipe. Furnace has long been removed. The floor in the the back bedroom has a soft spot. The plumbing will need to be redone. Electric works throughout. Exterior has been hand painting many times. Roof has been sealed many times as well. Will need new tires, the rims are split. Last time I pulled her was about 10 years ago. About 25 miles. Had swing away cabinet. Orginal stove and fridge. Never had the gas hooked up. New water heater, never used. Newer new old stock vintage lennolium in gront room. Orginal folding table and chairs.
I have a trailer friend that could help you get ser up for moving her for a fee.
