Clean title in hand. It has been sitting under cover out of weather for decades, so roof is solid. Double axle with original hydraulic parking brake which needs refurbishment . 1 7/8 tow ball. Some moss and discoloration could be easily detailed to restore luster of aluminum. All interior is original, would need a thorough and heavy duty cleaning, unsure if appliances are functional. Metal hub caps gone but wheels/tires should be functional as it was blocked up. Original louvres /window panels functional. Some minor superficial damage to aluminum skin.
