Skin-off rebuild by previous owner installed new studs, insulation, wiring, cabinets, and varnished plywood flooring. Dry weight approx 1000 lbs. Has electric but no water tank. Can hook sink to a hose. No bathroom or dinette area. Bearings repacked about 2K miles ago. Tight as a drum ... have owned 3+ years with no leaks or critters. Selling because I work a lot and don't use it enough. I think this camper may be quite rare. Have never come across this make/model anywhere else.
