I decided not to remodel this Trail-ette due to some health issues that I have just been notified of. So I am selling. Has a new square D 30 amp. Panel box wiring and breakers. All the drain pipes are new and supply lines in good condition. Has a new 220 plug up front for a ac window unit but doesn't come with one. All the windows and screens are original and work. There are a couple of windows with a small crack in them. It has carpet but is pieced together. Cabinets are original but someone got roller marks on the top where they meet ceiling. There is only one place on the roof where it can leak and it did in the past right above the bathroom sink is a vent pipe and cover was missing. I put a cookie type metal tin over it and painted it white. A couple of months ago I put two good coats of white elastomeric roof coating on and cut it in with a brush and mopped the rest after so two nice coats. Has a regular toilet and also a handy 30 gal electric water heater. This trailer has no gas all electric. There are a couple of lights that need hooked up but all in all electric is good. I have no idea if the outside lights work, my guess probably not. The trailer is liveable but could use some TLC. Around a few windows is some water damage, but I haven't dug real deep into the structure of it. I did tear out the half wall in the front because it looked like it was pretty rotted, but behind the paneling I found that there is no major rot going on. Thanks. The trailer is solid.

I can get the original but I have to go thru another person to do so, and you know how that is,but I do have notorized bill of sale from my purchase and the purchase before that.
