Well-preserved classic mid-century Shasta trailer. 16’L x 7.3’W. Solid condition overall. I bought it 15 months ago and lived in it for 6 months. Needs some exterior paint. Made some minor improvements – new propane regulator, new plumbing under sink, repaired 20-gal water tank. Original light fixtures (including cool propane lamp made in England), wiring (works fine), ice box, propane stove and oven (both work great). Lots of beautiful wood cabinetry. Some water marks on ceiling in one area, and in rear left corner interior, likely from seals on overhead vent and back window, that I have not attempted to repair. Upholstery in dining area was new when I bought it. The dinette benches fold out into a bed with additional sleeping bunk for two children above main bed (a canvas frame that is stored under the bed). No bathroom. No hot water. Easy to pull at 1,830 lbs. Good tires.
