Offered for sale is a well preserved 1955 Spartan Executive Mansion. It measures 8’ wide and 50’ long including the trailer tongue. It weighs approximately 9400 lbs with nearly 400 square feet of interior volume.
The exterior has undergone hundreds of hours of cleaning and polishing, resulting in a mirror-like finish. The interior has received new flooring but still retains its period-correct appliances, providing the buyer an opportunity to either retain the originals or modernize.
The water heater, stove, and oven are all propane, while the furnace uses fuel oil. The matching refrigerator is included, but currently is removed awaiting a replacement compressor. Note that this is a “park model” and does not include water/septic tanks.
The roof shows no signs of leaking. The only known areas of previous interior damage included a wood panel under the front windows and a ceiling panel that was bowed beyond repair from radiant heat. Both areas have been addressed and wood panels replaced.
A number of maintenance items have been addressed including new wheels/tires and working brake lights, taillights and turn signals. The side marker lights are currently non-functional.
