A much loved 1958 Spartan Royal Mansion, riveted construction, 8' X 40', owned and lived in for over 40 years by a retired Marine Corp M/sgt and his wife. Well cared for until 2022 when owners had to move out due to ill health. Great bones, needs loving care. Stove, blond paneling, and most floors are original so need some updating. Refrigerator and water heater were updated. Exterior is solid but fixtures need replacement and the Aluminum needs love. Need new tires but axel, hitch, brakes are all good. This trailer is 100% road-worthy. Bathroom has been renovated, with plumbing replaced in bath and kitchen. Bedroom has a custom cedar frame with cedar underbed storage. Ceiling air conditioner.
