24'All original factory make caboose camper. I have all the original paper work and owners manual for this camper. Tires are good, new one piece rubber roof. Everything works ready to go camping. Refrigerator is an up graded model 110/gas, same with the water heater. Also has 12 volt water pump with water holding tank. We have camped in it for years.
