After 25 years it’s time for us to part with our Scotty due to health reasons. It is 15 feet which includes the tongue. It has been stored in a storage unit year round. It has a potty room with a marine toilet. Has 2 original scotty hubcaps in excellent condition, working Bergman lock and original screen door. All windows are in working condition except for the little bathroom window which stays closed. It has a dual propane/electric RV refrigerator, custom made mattress, original sink and counter tops and the original table, custom made curtains, professionally upholstered cushions,It has a fabric cot over the bed perfect for storing jackets, blankets, duffels etc. Air conditioning slides out on the driver side under the dining bench with a fan under the table to help circulate the air. It has enlarged access doors so the spare tire fits under the bed. The gas range was removed and an microwave was added. It has the original functioning propane light over the table. Of course the table turns into a bed. It has a professionally made awning with kelty poles and an awning extension to add privacy.The skins are in good shape. There was a leak around the vent a few years ago which was repaired and the camper has not had any other leaks that we are aware of. It has brakes. It has leveling jacks We have owned it for about 25 years. It has a clear Ohio title and is clean and ready to camp in.
