I am a perfectionist, always have been and always will be. But, the facts are that this trailer is not perfect. It's 70 years old. It is absolutely phenomenol inside and out. If you want a brand new trailer go buy a brand new trailer for a $100,000 that looses half it value the minute you drive it off the lot. If you want an investment that will increase in value guaranteed buy a Spartan travel trailer.
