1947 Harris Custombilt trailer, made in Detroit, MI. 18', including tongue. Sleeps 4. Weight is 2160#. Two inch ball. MI title. New rims and tires. New power panel with 4 circuits, and new power cord receptacle. New wiring to running lights and brake lights, all are working. Exterior lights and interior lights are original. Sliding screen door. Porthole window in door. New vent. Necessary structural framework has been replaced. Some insulating completed. Screws on exterior skin replaced with stainless steel. Drawer fronts and cupboard doors have been reworked. Two tall closets. Privacy door for bedroom in rear of trailer. Table and bench seating reworked. Needs: New windows and frames (5, plus porthole window needs gasket), paneling throughout, flooring (has subfloor only), completion of electrical system. Sorry, no refrigerator, heater, spare tire or power cord. Has 4 burner propane stove top, but not connected. Sink not connected. Ready for someone to customize.
