Been a faithful camper for us, but - classic story - is more of a project we unfortunately don’t have time for and kids are outgrowing the space. 21ft long. Weight is a rough estimate of 4000#. Previous water damage exists, but camper has been resealed with no current leaks. Propane currently disconnected and never used. Floor slightly soft at entrance. Back window ledge and door need attention. AC unit installed in old furnace area. Awning and poles included as well as a spare tire, a sheet of birchwood, and some trim. Title and all original paperwork in hand.
