Up for sale. 1950 30' Spartanette Tandem. Started the restoration in Sep. 2023. I have completely gutted the interior and removed the subfloor where needed. Installed all new wiring (12v) and (110v) including a new distribution panel. All new pluming including toilet, shower, water heater, sinks, faucets, and waste valve. I used all the original hardware that I could save. I have the original lighting, some hardware, refrigerator, sink all the items that I decided to replace. It is ready to add a bathroom door, install the roof AC/heater, clean up the exterior. I'm asking $34,000 witch would include installing a roof AC/heater of your choice. Or I would also consider offers as is. My plan was to make an Airbnb old-school campsite on my farm. However plans have changed.
