Trailer is 19ft long and 7ft wide. Weights approximately 3200 lbs. Ground up restoration completed approximately 3 years ago. Unfortunately, we have only used the camper a couple of times and our priorities and leisure time pursuits have changed so we have decided to sell the camper. The camper was completely stripped down, framing replaced where necessary. New insulation, wiring, interior sheeting in Birtch plywood. Cabinets were stripped and refinished. The windows were rebuilt with new seals. The frame was sandblasted and painted. The floor was reframed with new top and bottom skin. The roof was covered with a single piece of heavy-gauge aluminum, no seams. The camper mechanicals have been modernized. The bathroom was originally a wet bath but we elected to remove the "wet", so there is only a toilet and sink. There is currently no furnace or A/C unit, but the camper is prewired and prepped for both. Trailer has 3 year old Goodyear endurance tires with perhaps 400 miles on them. There is also a spare tire but no spare tire mount, I just throw it in the bed of my truck.
Water system consists of: Remco Aquajet water pump, Grey tank 25 gal, Black tank 13 gal, Fresh water tank 33 gal, Suburban SW6DEL water heater, Dometic porcelain toilet, exterior shower.
New seat cushions were custom-sewn with new foam. Vintage look Ginger girl awning.
