The interior wood has been recently re-stained and looks amazing. Cushions have been restuffed under the original upholstery for a vintage look with modern comfort. The exterior had a fresh coat of paint a few years back. She only needs a higher-end flooring job and improved countertop finishes to be in truly stunning condition. There is one corner that is obscured with some water damage, and the exterior corner needs to be sealed. But it's at the bottom and never caused a functional issue.
