For sale, 1947 Westcraft/Westwood Tahoe Trailer. We purchased the trailer in 2002 in Auburn, California from Vince Martinico, famed vintage trailer collector. The kids are grown, we have don't have the time to finish restoring her, and it's time for the trailer to go to someone who will enjoy her for the beauty she can be once completed.

The pictures tell the story. We replaced the original tile floor with sheet marmoleum, new tires, custom mattress, custom cushions for the seating and had the gas lines replaced and new propane tanks installed (16 years ago). Most of the original cabinetry is intact with the exception of what would have been under and behind the stove. the wood paneling has a very distinct two-tone appeal, with the roof sections stained a much darker color (possibly a different type of wood). The original stove, dining table and davenport (pullout couch) were not in the trailer when we purchased it. The seating which replaced the davenport converts to a sleeping area. Those seats are not currently secured to either the floor nor the walls. The sink and electrical are in working order, although have not been gone through.

There some dents, dings, and missing trim and screws. As you can see, she needs paint. The window over the hitch is broken and there is a temporary plexiglass piece inserted. I have replacement rubber seals for the windows purchased from vintage vacations.
I'm available on weekends to show the trailer and answer any questions you may have.
