More Information1950 Spartanette Tandem. Very straight and dry trailer. I purchased the trailer in September 2017 and have done nothing but empty of furniture and clean up a bit. I've decided to focus on another project so I'm selling. Body is fully polished as of 3 years ago kept under cover prior to 10/2017. Its been stored outside since. There are minor dings and dents from years of use that have polished up. Bra is removable. Has awning. Front door handle is complete, but no keys. Rear door handle is complete, but handle broken off half way down shank. missing rear step. Trailer brakes function. They are original to the trailer and are old and tired. Windows do not leak but could use new bulb seals to prevent drafts. Front trailer lights plug currently on 4 prong jumper lead. Interior blemishes to note are inside far wall from door has a couple scrape marks in the wood and a small crack in the veneer. Water heater closet has some old ducting from a portable ac unit that was mounted in the trailer. 6 gallon electric boshe water heater raised in drain pan. Flooring not replaced underneath cabinets. Some water damage in upper front kitchen cabinet from a previous roof leak at the awning rail. Wet bath wall could use a good cleaning or update paint. There is minor staining under drivers side bedroom window. Wood is not rotten just stained, refinished over the top of it. One hinge on bathroom door broken. Small area without matching flooring under vent. Original stove, new refrigerator.
