This vintage trailer has a fantastic layout. Big front and side windows. Center bedroom and rear bathroom.
Circumstances have changed, so I need to pass on this partially restored vintage travel trailer project.
What has been completed and included items:
The front half of the trailer has been stripped down to the frame. Frame completely sealed with rust inhibitor and painted. New subfloor with RTech rigid foam board insulation between floor layers.
Brand new carpet and new Strip Vinyl kitchen floor laid.
New electrical wiring including a new Parallax Distribution Panel AC/DC 3050-15 a 30 or 50 Amp panel
New PowerMax PM4-75 Amp AC to DC power converter
High quality Marine wire for DC circuits has been laid but not connected
Several DC LED lighting fixtures have been purchased.
New wiring for running lights and brake lights professionally installed
Brakes – professionally restored and a runaway brake system was installed.
Brand new Dometic Air Conditioner
Norcold N621 2-way 6.3 cubic feet refrigerator/freezer
Mounted stabilizing jacks and a heavy-duty front swivel jack attached
New bottom kitchen cabinets – painted.
Original 4 burner propane stove and propane light. 2 propane tanks
Laminate for kitchen countertop & backsplash has been purchased
The only items not purchased but needed are a water heater, water pump, kitchen sink, and batteries.
This is a park model so originally no grey water tank; however, a grey water tank is easily install
