2019 Silver Avion Rally
July 18, 2019 - July 21, 2019
This is just a quick update for the 2019 Silver Avion Rally July 18-21, 2019 – Elkhart, IN.
Applications and information will be sent out via email and this Facebook page the first part of February, 2019. If you know of someone who would like to be added to the list, please have them drop me a note and I will get them on the group list.
Camping fees ($35/nt for two) will be paid directly to Elkhart Campground upon arrival in July. They will not accept payments ahead of time over the phone.
The rally fee ($25/pp) will remain the same as last year as there was no increase in the cost of using the gathering hall.
We have a dedicated block of sites that are together. Last year, we reserved 30 sites and we had 28 units. I feel very confident this year we will hit 30 if not more. I have made arrangements for additional adjacent sites, if needed. All sites are full hookup.
Your site will be assigned by the campground upon your arrival. Rest assured that if you register, you will be guaranteed a spot with the group. Early arrivals and late departures are acceptable. I will still include your arrival/departure dates when I submit the final list for their planning purposes. Sites closest to the rally room will be reserved for those with special needs so please make that note on the bottom of the application. We will try to accommodate everyone’s needs.
