21st Annual Gathering

Couple changes this year:

• We aren’t offering a “no meal” option this year. Unfortunately that change had negative consequences of  attendees not participating fully in the rally.
• The TCT membership fee is not included in the rally fee this year. The subscription option on the website has simplified the membership process and we want it consistently leveraged for all of our events. All those that attended the rally last year, your membership is good until May 2018, so you can register and then signup for a membership subscription on the website in May.

This rally tends to sell out quickly, so please plan on sending your registration in early for best chance of attending and getting the site type (full hook-up, electric only) that you’d prefer. Here is a timeline for the registration process: February 1st to 16th – Accepting registration mail postmarked February 1st February 16th to March 5 – process registrations for those attending the Annual Gathering and those that are also attending the Fall Gathering. March 5th to 14th – Send registration material to Camp Dearborn March 15th to completion – Expect a call from Camp to reserve your site. Not everyone will get called on the 15th. May 9th – registration is closed and no new registrations will be accepted. From May 1st until May 9th – please mail the registration form to: Forrest Bone, PO Box 489, Gregory, Michigan 48137

Refunds: If unable to attend, you will receive a cash refund minus $30 for processing/window sign, if notification is received, 7 days prior to the Gathering.  (May 10th) and here is the tentative agenda: 21st AG Schedule and Hooked
