Monster Mash Vintage Trailer Rally Weekend Itinerary
Thursday – Oct 8th
Check In – All Day – Beginning at Noon
Lunch – On Your Own
6 pm – Meet & Greet with Cocktails (BYOB)
7 pm – Halloween Cookie Decorating Class & Pizza Party
Friday – Oct 9th
8 – 10 AM Doughnuts & Coffee
All Day – Open Activity Exploration
Lunch on Your Own
4 – 6 pm Cocktails (BYOB)
6 – 7 pm – Taco Bar & Live Music – Cottonwoods will provide everything you need for some delicious beef tacos. Please feel free to bring any sides or desserts that you would like to share!
Saturday – Oct 10th
8 – 10 AM Doughnuts & Coffee
Lunch on Your Own
12 – 4 pm Vintage Trailer Public Open House & Trick or Treating for the little ones (costumes optional, but highly encouraged! Please bring candy to hand out if possible)
4 – 6 pm Cocktails (BYOB)
6 – 8 pm – Spooky Themed Potluck Competition – Enter any of the following categories: Eerie Entrees, Creepy Casseroles, Spooky Sides, Scary Snacks, or Deadly Desserts – Awards for Best dishes, best site Decorations, best Costumes, and attendants giveaways! (bring any item you would like to be raffled off)
8 PM – Minute to Win it Games Fun with Prizes – You Have 1 Minute to Compete these silly Halloween themed tasks and win. Are you up to the challenge? Join us for some silly fun!
