DESCRIPTION:Come join our fun event at the base of the great Adirondack Park in beautiful Upstate New York!  Foothills Mercantile is located in Barneveld\, New York and every year we have a great outdoor event with handpicked artisans\, vintage campers\, vintage trucks and cars\, local food trucks\, music and of course our vintage and antique vendors that are outside AND inside.  We have about 50 vendors inside the store which is a huge red barn year round!  We are located on Route 12 that takes you right to the Adirondacks and we get A LOT of traffic the weekend that we hold it on which is Saturday\, Sept. 27th\, because there is another big event about 10 miles north that pulls a lot people up for all over the state.  They either stop at ours on their way up North or happily come back to ours for all of the unique vendors and talented artists!  We have a campgrounds just 10 minutes away that will happily accommodate you right on the West Canada Creek that is popular for tubing down the river! SUMMARY:9th Annual Spring Kickoff
DESCRIPTION:Rally Date: May 29th\, 2025- June 1st\, 2025\nDeposit due by July 24th\, 2024\n\nEd Moore recently retired from hosting this event and our location of this event is changing as well (formerly known as Kayuta Spring Kickoff). This will be my first time hosting so we will be limiting the rally to about 15 units.\n\nThis will be an official Tin Can Tourist event\, current TCT membership is required.
\n\nRally fee will include cost of the site for 3 nights\, a commemorative t-shirt\, window sign\, breakfast and dinner. All sites have water and electric hookup. Dump station located on site.\n\nNo early arrivals. Check in is at 2pm\nNo outside firewood\, we will provide wood for group campfires. Wood available for purchase at camp store.\n\nOpen House on Saturday which will be open to the public\nKaraoke by Ed\nBingo!\n\nWest Canada Creek Campground is located about 15 minutes off of exit 31 in Utica. It is considered the gateway to the Adirondacks with plenty of hiking nearby. West Canada Creek borders the campground and offers fishing\, tubing\, kayaking and canoeing. The DEC stocks the river in Mid-May with trout. Tube rentals and transportation upriver is available at the campgrounds for an additional fee but feel free to bring your own tubes. The campground also boasts a heated pool\, basketball court\, volleyball court\, horseshoe pits and a playground. Located on site is the popular The Little Red Caboose ice cream shop which is open daily.\n\nRegistration is $280 plus $60 for each additional adult\, kids free. DESCRIPTION:We had such a great time last year decided to do it one more year at Chenango Valley State Park. Laid back group campout. Make your own reservations but so that we don’t all try for the same site I will start a post for everyone to pick their site. . I will probably do a week because I want to play golf. This is a great park and the loop we camp in Pine bluff is an excellent spot. that’s a little more secluded for our group. I am going to look into renting the pavilion above Pine bluff for a potluck brunch. Or I may find out if I can put a 10×20 carport up in the grassy area and get in a couple extra picnic tables for that which would be easier.
