SUMMARY:9th Annual Spring Kickoff
DESCRIPTION:Rally Date: May 29th\, 2025- June 1st\, 2025\nDeposit due by July 24th\, 2024\n\nEd Moore recently retired from hosting this event and our location of this event is changing as well (formerly known as Kayuta Spring Kickoff). This will be my first time hosting so we will be limiting the rally to about 15 units.\n\nThis will be an official Tin Can Tourist event\, current TCT membership is required. \n\nRally fee will include cost of the site for 3 nights\, a commemorative t-shirt\, window sign\, breakfast and dinner. All sites have water and electric hookup. Dump station located on site.\n\nNo early arrivals. Check in is at 2pm\nNo outside firewood\, we will provide wood for group campfires. Wood available for purchase at camp store.\n\nOpen House on Saturday which will be open to the public\nKaraoke by Ed\nBingo!\n\nWest Canada Creek Campground is located about 15 minutes off of exit 31 in Utica. It is considered the gateway to the Adirondacks with plenty of hiking nearby. West Canada Creek borders the campground and offers fishing\, tubing\, kayaking and canoeing. The DEC stocks the river in Mid-May with trout. Tube rentals and transportation upriver is available at the campgrounds for an additional fee but feel free to bring your own tubes. The campground also boasts a heated pool\, basketball court\, volleyball court\, horseshoe pits and a playground. Located on site is the popular The Little Red Caboose ice cream shop which is open daily.\n\nRegistration is $280 plus $60 for each additional adult\, kids free. SUMMARY:2025 5th Annual Lumberjack Rally at Mitchell State Park
DESCRIPTION:This is a Tin Can Tourists official event and you must be a member of the club to use the group hold and attend the event. Join the club here: TCT Membership – Tin Can Tourists \n\n\n\nIn 2024\, the campground blocked off 50 sites for us to group closer together. We are getting 64 sites for 2025\, you can see which sites are park of the group hold below. The park loves having us and are really supportive of the event\, including the friends of the park who help sponsor the musical performance on Friday night. \n\n\n\nThis event is always held the 2nd full weekend of June which can sometimes end on Father’s day.  \n\n\n\nAgenda\n\n\n\nTrailer Open House is Saturday June 14th from Noon to 3pm and the public is invited to tour the trailers that are open! \n\n\n\n2025 Lumberjack RallyDownload\n\n\n\nRegistration Process\n\n\n\n2025 Lumberjack Rally Registration Instructions: \n\n\n\nUse the Michigan State Park Reservation website (https://midnrreservations.com) or call them. Make sure you log into the website and the first page will have a link “Reserve Group Hold”\, click on it and use “TinCan2025” – this will take you to the campground and show you all of the sites blocked off for us. Reserve your site of your choice and then send an email to tct1919@gmail.com to let us know what site you reserved! TWO SIMPLE STEPS\, don’t forget the last one!   \n\n\n\nYou must be a TCT Member to attend this event. Any questions\, please ask. \n\n\n\nThis is a casual weekend and open house (12-3pm) to get introduced to the state park and local community. We will be planning on a few group activities: Molkky Tournament\, a Happy Hour\, New Member initiation\, and coffee will be provided. Agenda will be posted a few months out from the event. \n\n\n\nThe Friends of the Mitchell State Park are providing the musical artists Frank & Jude will be performing Friday for the Tin Can Tourists under the pavilion. We will collect the rally fee when you pick up the welcome package! \n\n\n\nThe rally theme is “Lumberjack” to honor the logging industry and the reason the canal between the two lakes was built to float the logs to the mills that were on Lake Cadillac and the nearby railroad. Lots of red plaid!

SUMMARY:Blue Mountain Vintage Trailer Rally
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the beautiful North Georgia mountains for a fun Summertime rally hosted by Tin Can Tourists of Georgia. \n\nRegistration opens at 10:00 am\, Thursday\, February 27th\, 2025.  Call Eschell Hefner at 706-273-3075 to book.  \n\nThere are 32 campsites available.  All full hookup.  See discussion section to view campground map.  \n\nStandard sites are $45 per night.  Sites 5-12\, 14-21\,  23-25\, 27-29\, 32-36 are available. \n\nPremium lake sites are $60 per night.  Sites 38-41 are available.  \n\nCancellation policy:  Deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival will receive a credit valid for 3 months.  Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours of arrival.
