June 8-11\, 2023 at Twin Ponds Escape located in Douglasville\, GA! \n\n\n\nRegistration NOW OPEN \n\n\n\nhttps://linktr.ee/vintagetinralliesofthesouth \n\n\n\n2 nights – $80.00 Campers / Tents $50 \n\n\n\n3 nights – $105 Campers / Tents $70 \n\n\n\n10.00 per person Rally Fee \n\n\n\nThis rally will be held on 43 acres of land for primitive camping with twin ponds that can be utilized for fishing. – PRIMITIVE CAMPING \n\n\n\n– There is a bathroom on site but not in close walking distance also there is a waste dump. \n\n\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \n\n\n\n-Thursday June 8th is check in day– 12pm arrive set up. The day is open to set up and to explore the area and enjoy the property. You are welcome to bring your fishing gear to enjoy the pond on the property. \n\n\n\nOn your own for lunch go and explore great eateries in the area! \n\n\n\nWe will have a meet and greet social later that day around 5 or 6pm where there will be a light dinner served at the gathering. Please wear your name tags. \n\n\n\n– Bonfire and Laughter \n\n\n\n-Friday June 9th from 12-4pm will be the BIG Exchange. \n\n\n\n-8am till 12pm to set up-NEW ARRIVALS CHECK IN \n\n\n\nThis is the swap or sell\, where campers can bring their camp related or vintage items that they would like to sell or could exchange with other campers. Feel free to bring your crafts as well. You may set up a table at your camper for your items for display to participate in this event. Not necessary to participate but if you are wanting to get rid of some of the collection that has been sitting around for some time this is a great way to do so and network as well. You can also sell to the public during open house if you’d like. \n\n\n\nThere will be games and music for entertainment for everyone to participate in if you’d like.. \n\n\n\n– Saturday June 10th \n\n\n\n1:00-5:00pm is when we will have an open house to the public. This will be promoted to the Douglasville community to come out to see your beautiful camper setup. \n\n\n\nThere will be food\, arts and crafts vendors available during the event. Some really great vendors have been hand picked to attend this event that will bring some good southern flair to the show. \n\n\n\n7PM- Until-Bonfire\, Chill & Relax \n\n\n\nBring your chairs and set up. We will definitely do smores. What’s a campfire without smores! \n\n\n\n– Saturday Night Southern Lights – Light up your camper. \n\n\n\n-Sunday June 11th -Closing until we meet again- Morning Meditation @8:00am-9:30 \n\n\n\n10:15 Group Picture \n\n\n\n12:00 pm Check out \n\n\n\nCamp Swag Goodies Bag will be given out upon entrance to all registered campers and tent campers. One Bag per camper or tent. \n\n\n\nTent campers are welcome to camp as there will be a designated area for tent campers to set up and enjoy. \n\n\n\nPlease secure your spot by registering online and paying via cash app or zelle click link above. \n\n\n\nYou may bring your own cart or bicycle if you want to get around the property. Don’t forget your yoga mat. \n\n\n\n-Garbage Pick Up 9-10ish everyday ..we will have large trash cans for all of us to keep the ground clean at all times. We don’t want rodents sneaking up on us so please make sure to put your food away and keep the area clean so that we don’t run into any issues. \n\n\n\n– We’ll have an above ground Fire Pit for all of us to enjoy. \n\n\n\n-Feel free to bring Corn Hole Boards and outdoor games the more the much merrier! \n\n\n\n-Dogs on a leash AT ALL TIMES. Pick up their poop!! \n\n\n\n*** Only well mannered dogs are welcomed. No aggressive breeds!!! There will be a designated area for dogs to do their business. Please utilize it as we don’t want to have them going all over the camping area where the public as well as yourself will spend most of your time. There will not be any poop on the property when you get there and we would like to keep it that way so it is very imperative that you clean up behind your fur babies at all times. Worst feeling is stepping in dog poop which will ruin your day and anyone else. \n\n\n\n..Safe travels\, fingers crossed and pray for good weather!!!
