SUMMARY:Tin Can Tourists 108th Winter Convention
DESCRIPTION:Howdy TCTers! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMount up\, partners — Registration for the 108th Annual Winter Convention is officially OPEN! \n\n\n\nThis ain’t our first rodeo\, it’s our 108th\, and we’re ridin’ back to Robinson Ranch right on the Withlacoochee River\, nestled between downtown Dunnellon and Inglis\, Florida. (North Central Florida Area)So stake your claim early\, folks — we only have 130 electric/water sites plus a big ol’ dry campin’ field for the wagon train\, and this roundup will fill up faster than beans at a chuckwagon. \n\n\n\nYou’ll find two different registration forms attached:1. With Trailer – for those bringin’ their tin wagons2. Without Trailer / Off-Site Gate Pass – for those stayin’ nearby who want to join the daily rally happenings \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n THE ROUNDUP DATES:Official Convention: February 25th – 28th\, 2027Optional Early Arrival: Wednesday\, February 24th \n\n\n\nListen up\, trail riders — no member can pull in earlier than February 24th. This ain’t a public RV park\, we’re only contracted for rally days. If you’re comin’ a long way and get to the territory early\, you’ll need to bed down at a nearby RV park or state park until the gates swing open at noon on February 24th\, 2027.Want to linger on the trail after? The ranch has agreed you can stay a night or two after the rally for an extra $30.00 per night\, paid in person to our venue host Dave at the end of the event. \n\n\n\nTHE HITCHIN’ POST – CHECK-IN & PARKING:We’re expectin’ a whole wagon train Wednesday and Thursday. Please try to mosey in between noon – 4:30pm EST and be patient while our trail bosses direct you to your spot. Official check-in will be at the gate.Arrivin’ after hours and need a hand parkin’ your rig? Give Trail Boss Tim Heintz a holler at 850.739.0237 once you’re on site.Parking is all First Come\, First Served. You can register for a 30 amp Electric/Water site OR Dry Campin’. The dry campin’ field does have some water spigots around for fillin’ tanks — if you want to park near one\, it’s first come\, first served.Generators are welcome in Dry Campin’ only\, during chuckwagon hours: 9am-11am & 6pm-8pm. There’s a dump station on site for all members to use. We have a bathhouse on site plus additional port-o-lets for the dry camp field\, pavilion\, and sites furthest from the main bathhouse. If you don’t pick up your registration bag on Wednesday\, you can pick it up at the gate on Thursday from 11am-4:30pm or at the Thursday evening Meet and Greet. \n\n\n\nRIDIN’ WITHOUT YOUR WAGON – STAYING ELSEWHERE:Is your rig not quite trail-ready or are you still huntin’ for your perfect tin can?Our friends at the Nature Coast Inn and Cottages are offerin’ a special TCT discount! Located just 9 miles west of the rally site\, this cozy spot has a charmin’ cafe servin’ homemade bread and hearty breakfasts — perfect after a night under the stars. To book\, call 352-388-8044\, mention TCT when you book\, and ask for Connie! (Don’t book online — call to secure a RSVP). We’ve had great experiences with this family-friendly spot.Website: https://www.naturecoastinn.com/Be sure to fill out the ‘Off Site’ Rally Registration to secure your gate passes and registration packet. \n\n\n\nVOLUNTEERS – WE NEED A FEW GOOD COWPOKES:It takes a whole posse to make this roundup a success! If you’re willin’ to lend a hand\, please mark it on your registration form or let a TCT official know when you arrive. We need help with setup\, registration\, breakdown\, wristband checks\, meal service\, chuckwagon cleanup\, gate duty\, and more. \n\n\n\nSCHEDULE & THEME:We got a whole week of high-noon fun planned — catered meals\, meet and greets\, movie night\, entertainment\, contests\, swap meet\, vintage trailer open house\, and more! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHIS YEAR’S THEME: VINTAGE COWBOY WESTERN! \n\n\n\nSo dust off them cowboy hats\, boots\, bandanas\, and Nudie suits (Yes that is what the Rhinestone Cowboy Suits were called!) Deck out your trailer in your best vintage cowboy and western finery — think old western movie memorabilia\, Route 66 cowboy kitsch\, wagon wheels\, cactus\, tooled leather\, campfire lights\, and cowboy camp charm. \n\n\n\nAnd don’t forget — our famous Trailer Night Light-Up Contest is goin’ western this year too! Judgin’ will happen Friday night\, February 26th\, so string up those lights and make your rig shine like a desert sunset. \n\n\n\nCHUCKWAGON CHOW – MEALS:Join us for a weekend of good eatin’! We’ll be servin’ multiple meals together\, and the highlight is our Friday Night Potluck. This year\, bring your favorite chuckwagon-inspired dish to share with the camp! \n\n\n\nBe sure to invite your friends! Vintage is not required to attend\, anyone is welcome no matter the age or type of rig.  \n\n\n\nWe can’t wait to see you on the Withlacoochee. Let’s make this 108th one for the history books! \n\n\n\nHappy Trails\,Tim HeintzTin Can Tourist Royal Vice President2046 Sherman AvePanama City\, Florida 32405850.481.8339 – TCT Office850.739.0237 – SE TCT Mobilewww.TinCanTourists.com

SUMMARY:GRIZWOLD VINTAGE TRAILER RALLY
DESCRIPTION:Vintage Camper Rally – “The Griswolds Take the Campground”\n\nBuckle up\, folks — we’re about to have a weekend that would make Clark Griswold proud (or at least mildly concerned).\n\n Do-Gooders with a Twist\n\nIn true Griswold fashion\, we’re turning chaos into kindness — bring a new\, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots. Let’s make sure the only meltdowns this weekend are from overcooked s’mores.\n \n The Main Attractions\n\nVintage Camper Shenanigans – Tour campers\, admire each other’s “creative repairs\,” and swap tall tales about towing disasters.\n\nPotluck Potluck! – Bring a dish. Bonus points if it jiggles\, crackles\, or leaves everyone guessing what it’s made of.\n\nBingo Night – Big laughs\, little prizes\, and at least one person yelling “BINGO!” way too early.\n\nThe Vibe\n\nRelaxed\, silly\, and maybe just a little chaotic — think “National Lampoon” energy but with fewer exploding sewer lines. Come ready to laugh\, eat\, and enjoy a perfectly imperfect weekend with your fellow camper nuts.

SUMMARY:6th Annual Thumbs Up Rally
DESCRIPTION:This rally is always the last full weekend in July! \n\n\n\nThis year’s theme is tentatively set as “The County Fair” – we are planning to play County Fair games\, have traditional best baked competitions\, and have a great time! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n—– \n\n\n\nYou must be a TCT Member to attend this event. You can join the club here: TCT Membership – Tin Can Tourists \n\n\n\nIn previous years\, we had a large amount of non-members that somehow booked sites. Please do not share the registration link with friends\, you are taking away opportunities from our TCT members. That is the purpose of the rally. If you want to camp with personal friends\, you can do that any weekend. If you have friends that want to camp with us during the rally\, just have them join the club – it really is that simple. \n\n\n\nWagener County Park staff love having us at their beautiful park on Lake Huron and have invited us back in 2026.  \n\n\n\nRegistration Process: \n\n\n\nNow that the registration window in November is closed\, if you’d like to attend the rally\, book a site through the campgrounds website or call them. After you’ve gotten a site\, follow the email process below. \n\n\n\nThe campground will maintain a waiting list for the weekend once the campground is filled. \n\n\n\nEarly Registration will open on November 4th\, 2025 and closes on November 23rd. Complete these TWO simple steps: \n\n\n\n\nLINK TO REGISTER – Do not share the information on social media. Please note you will need to change the end date from Saturday July 25th to the correct date of Sunday July 26th. The rally is from July 23 – 26. \n\n\n\nEmail us at tct1919@gmail.com and let us know what site you booked to be included on the roster below.\n\n\n\n\nA modest rally fee of $10 will be collected at the park to pay for morning coffee & treats and a few activities. \n\n\n\n2026 Agenda \n\n\n\n2026 Thumbs Up RallyDownload\n\n\n\nMake sure you read and understand their refund rules for the campsites. \n\n\n\nROSTER as of 06/19/2026 – \n\n\n\n50 sites booked. If you see TBD next to your site\, please email tct1919@gmail.com so we can add your name to the roster \n\n\n\nSite #Name1Cheryl & Mike O’Connor23Jim and Nancy Warner4Stephanie & Terry Barnum5Jennifer Colling & Byron Leach6Karen & Greg Koenig7Jenny & Jason Senior8Terry & Michelle Bone9Kirk & Beth Olmsted10Jason & Angie Black11Tami & Jake Moomey12Jan Roselle13Dave & Amy Fiore14Alicia Barnes and Terri Sibo15Bob & Doreen Bergman16Gene & Sharol Brechtelsbauer17Terri & Dan Closs19Terry and Michele Fleming20Marty Brian21aSandy Mastin & Steve Brown21Shelley Norris 22Sandi Jo & Kyle Albrecht23Jeff & Michele Miller24Diana Hadad & Michael Pierce25Steve & Patty Collins26Jeanne & Brian Bosch27Chris Brown and Molly Bacon28Kim & Dan Renkema29Roo & Amanda Ryan30Rebecca Shrode & Paul Lashbrook31Kim Sensiba32Todd and Amy Smith33Dalton & Barb Colling34Traci Howden35Stacey Peake36Gayle Richards and Alison3738TBD39TBD40Bob Solsbury4142Dale and Marie Patten43Paul and Jane Carson4445Chris and Marsha Poshadlo46Linda & Ron Wendt47Janet Boutilier4849Don Gonczy505152Maureen Shiffler53TBD545556Cindy Smith and Linda Bader57585960Amanda Petoskey61626364Sucile & David Mellor656667TBD68101102103104105CABINKay Solsbury\n\n\n\nSend an email to Terry & Michelle Bone – tct1919@gmail.com with your name\, site number and trailer information
