DESCRIPTION:Fellow campers the time has come to finalize your reservation with Ozarkoutdoors. If you have requested a specific site\, please let them know which site you have “reserved.” Their number again is 15732456837 or you may visit their web page at https://ozarkoutdoorsresort.com/. \n\n\n\nI’m truly excited to camp\, meet new friends\, and reconnect with old friends! \n\n\n\nFellow Campers\, below is a list of everyone who has registered to date. If you are planning to attend and your name is not on this list\, I urge you to contact Ozark Outdoors as soon as possible while there are still a few sites available for our group. If you have a friend who is looking for a fun rally\, encourage them to attend. Campers should be pre 1980 (or based on a pre 1980 design). Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We have a great rally planned. Stacy Drane has volunteered to plan a variety of fun activities for all who choose to participate. As always\, there will be river floating\, cave tours\, hiking and other fun activities available at the Resort as well. We will provide donuts and coffee Friday and Saturday morning as well as campfires at the group site in the evenings. Saturday we will have an open house mid-day (hours to be announced). Be prepared to show off your pride and joy camper to your camper friends. There will also be a potluck dinner Saturday night. We look forward to camping with all of you in June. \n\n\n\nAs a reminder\, there will be a rally fee of $20 per camper to help defray the costs of the group site and group activities. This needs to be paid on or before your arrival. DESCRIPTION:The dates are Thursday 6/1/2023 to Monday 6/5/2023. Do not feel pressured to reserve all 4 days – we realize that is not possible for everyone – you may reserve any range of dates that works best for you. We will have a “Meet and Greet” gathering on Friday evening\, and a pot luck Wah-dinger breakfast (I’ll show ya how) followed by Trailer Tours on Saturday morning\, and a hot dog dinner on Saturday evening with potluck items from the rest of the campers please. Coffee will be available every morning at my campsite. \n\n\n\nMore info will be posted as we get closer to the event date. \n\n\n\nAll reservations\, cancellations\, and transfers MUST go through the campground. They will do their absolute best to accommodate everyone.If you do not have a trailer – don’t despair!!! We have reserved sites 1-131 and they will be held until March 13th and then whatever is left will be open to the public. Feel free to bring your crafts as well. You may set up a table at your camper for your items for display to participate in this event. Not necessary to participate but if you are wanting to get rid of some of the collection that has been sitting around for some time this is a great way to do so and network as well. You can also sell to the public during open house if you’d like. \n\n\n\nThere will be games and music for entertainment for everyone to participate in if you’d like.. \n\n\n\n– Saturday June 10th \n\n\n\n1:00-5:00pm is when we will have an open house to the public. This will be promoted to the Douglasville community to come out to see your beautiful camper setup. \n\n\n\nThere will be food\, arts and crafts vendors available during the event. Some really great vendors have been hand picked to attend this event that will bring some good southern flair to the show. \n\n\n\n7PM- Until-Bonfire\, Chill & Relax \n\n\n\nBring your chairs and set up. One Bag per camper or tent. \n\n\n\nTent campers are welcome to camp as there will be a designated area for tent campers to set up and enjoy. \n\n\n\nPlease secure your spot by registering online and paying via cash app or zelle click link above. \n\n\n\nYou may bring your own cart or bicycle if you want to get around the property. Don’t forget your yoga mat. \n\n\n\n-Garbage Pick Up 9-10ish everyday ..we will have large trash cans for all of us to keep the ground clean at all times. We don’t want rodents sneaking up on us so please make sure to put your food away and keep the area clean so that we don’t run into any issues. \n\n\n\n– We’ll have an above ground Fire Pit for all of us to enjoy. \n\n\n\n-Feel free to bring Corn Hole Boards and outdoor games the more the much merrier! \n\n\n\n-Dogs on a leash AT ALL TIMES. Pick up their poop!! \n\n\n\n*** Only well mannered dogs are welcomed. No aggressive breeds!!! There will be a designated area for dogs to do their business. Please utilize it as we don’t want to have them going all over the camping area where the public as well as yourself will spend most of your time. There will not be any poop on the property when you get there and we would like to keep it that way so it is very imperative that you clean up behind your fur babies at all times. Worst feeling is stepping in dog poop which will ruin your day and anyone else. \n\n\n\n..Safe travels\, fingers crossed and pray for good weather!!! DESCRIPTION:Fourth of July camper rally in conjunction with the Marshall MI. car show. A weekend full of cruising cars and meeting up with friends. \n*Friday night there will be a cast iron cooking demonstration by our iron expert Jack Fox.  He will  be cooking dinner for us and details for ingredient donations will be on our Facebook site. After dinner there will be a game of dirty bingo. If you wish to participate bring a funny\, unique item for the gift table.\n*Saturday open house starts at 9:00 am. Breakfast will be provided by the hostess Ms. Sockmonkey. Campers will be judged and awards will be later on Saturday.\nRegister your camper on the Calhoun County website sited below. \n***Campers 1975 or older***
